Booking Information for Rubicon First Aid Services

To make a booking for any of our First Aid Course please ensure you have read the Terms and Conditions below and complete and return the booking form:

Terms and Conditions

• To book a first aid training course we require a non-refundable deposit of £25 per person.
• Full course fee is payable immediately in the case of late bookings. Balance of payment is due 28 days prior to commencement of course date.
• In the vent of there not being sufficient clients to run a course, we reserve the right to transfer payment to the next available course. Every effort will be made to accomodate clients requirements. If this should not be possible, payments will be refunded less an administrative / handling charge.
• In the event of cancellation by the client within 14 days of course date, the full course fee will be due.
• Bookings accepted by phone are reserved for 5 working days subject to deposit received in that period.
• Rubicon First Aid is under no liability whatsoever in respect of any personal loss or injury that clients named on the booking form may sustain.
• Course participants agree to abide by any decision made by Rubicon First Aid.

Additional Terms for First Aid At Work Courses

• It is mandatory for all First Aid At Work and First Aid at Work Refresher participants to attend all sessions in order to be certificated.
• All First Aid at Work Refresher participants must bring their current First Aid at Work certificate/wallet card to the course. Any client with a certificate/wallet card not specifying that it is in fact First Aid at Work approved will not be able to be certificated at the end of the course.
