Rubicon First Aid provides HSE approved first aid courses that are certificated through ITC and REC.

Immediate Temporary Care (ITC)

Immediate Temporary Care LogoITC is a first aid training organisation approved by the HSE delivering training courses since the early 1990's. ITC delivers industry specific courses and are well known for providing tailored, relevant courses.

The ITC trainer network is nationwide, individual trainers delivering specialist courses to their client groups. Trainers typically have a working background in the sector for which they are delivering training. All ITC trainers follow a rigorous training programme before delivering courses and are continually updated.

Rescue Emergency Care (REC)

Rescue Emergency Care Logo REC was founded in the mid 1980's by specialist doctors working in remote healthcare and adventure rescue services, to provide a comprehensive, flexible training scheme that extends the competency of the participants. The scheme has Health & Safety Executive approval and is now used by many Adventure Centres, Rescue Services, Youth Organisations, Colleges and Corporate Companies. A range of different courses are available from beginner to advanced level for all participants.
