First Aid :: Certification

Rubicon First Aid Ltd, provides first aid training through the Awarding Body, Immediate Temporary Care, (ITC). ITC supports a network of training providers and centres throughout the UK, and holds two awarding body functions.

ITC First Aid Limited, (Company No 5750596), has an educational awarding body function which was recognised by the QCA in 2007. This means that ITC holds the same status for example, as City & Guilds.

ITC, also holds a Health and Safety Executive, (HSE) awarding body function. This part of the organisation has an HSE licence, (number 1670/96). This currently oversees the provision of First Aid at Work training.

Immediate Temporary Care (ITC).

Immediate Temporary Care Logo ITC oversees the delivery of industry & environment specific courses and are well known for providing courses that are tailored and relevant.

Training centres and providers, typically have a working background in the sector for which they are delivering training.

Before training centres and providers can deliver ITC courses, they must complete a rigorous training programme, and are subject to stringent ongoing internal and external verification processes.

The Awarding Body ensures that regular newsletters and CPD events are provided.
