POSTAGE & PACKING.

1. For orders up to £15, ADD £3.00 postage and packing.
2. For orders up to £30, ADD £5.00 postage and packing.
3. For orders up to £45, ADD £7.00 postage and packing.
4. For orders over £45, ADD £10.00 postage and packing.

Large orders may be subject to further postage and packing charges, in negotiation with Rubicon First Aid Ltd.

Returns Policy.

1. You may return any product up to 30 days from the invoice date. Arrangements should be made with Rubicon First Aid, and all requests must be confirmed to us in writing / (email).
2. We will refuse any items returned without prior permission.
3. Postage costs will not be reimbursed.
4. We reserve the right to refuse returns, if returned goods are used, damaged or of a sub-standard condition.
5. (Bandages and dressings must be returned in their original unopened packaging).
6. (Life systems first aid products must have the security tag in place unopened).
7. (Blizzard products must be in their original vacuum packaged packaging).
8. If goods are lost or damaged in transit whilst being returned they will not be accepted. Please insure goods to the appropriate value with the Post Office.

Good Practice.

• First aid kits are NOT waterproof. Make sure you make adequate provision to keep your kit dry.
• Keep a record of what you use and replace it immediately.
• Keep a record of when items go out of date, and replace accordingly.
