Courses that are run by our training partners have fees that are set by them and they appear next to specific course dates when you enquire about specific types of course advertised on specific course dates.

Block bookings for inhouse courses are rated in two parts, a flat rate for trainer time, travel, insurance, use of equipment, all office and admin support for course to run, then a PER HEAD fee per student for a pack from the awarding body ITC. This contains all materials required for the course (Including manual) and also covers the fee for the appropriate certificate or award, once we provide all documentary evidence from the course to the awarding body. The packs currently cost £18 for all courses except the short courses which are attendance only, these cost £10 and are for certificate only.

This is a fair pricing policy as if you have 8 people for a course when you book and only 6 turn up on the day, we will not charge you for materials not used. The vast majority of trainer providers will quote for the number of people on the course in a lump sum, and if only half turn up on the day you will still pay the full amount as if everyone was there!!!!

A typical fee for a one day course would be the agreed flat rate PLUS the number of people on the course x the cost of the packs for the people. Payment is expected on the day of the course for public courses and by invoice on provision of service for all others.
