First Aid Conference

October 23 is a date for the diary if you are interested in what will be happening in the world of first aid,especially any up and coming changes in the First Aid Regulations relating to First Aid at Work. The National First Aid Conference will be happening in Manchester on that day, and headline speakers will be the HSE announcing the result of their consultation and review on the proposed changes in the regulations,which first became law in 1981.

The results may be interesting not least of which because we at Rubicon carried out a brief email survey of about 20 of the main NGB's and the AALA, none of whom seem to know there was any review underway, or had been consulted. Hopefully some of them may have been in touch as a result of out contact!
