HSE decide First Aid Rules are still fit for purpose.

The first full review of the Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981, has decided that the rules are still fit for purpose. However there are recommendations in the review including the following:

The regulations still require ALL employers to provide equipment, facilities and personnel to allow injured and ill workers to be taken care of.
