Rubicon Trainers complete REC Outdoor Trainers course.

Mark Harris and two of our other trainers, both members of the local MRT / Coastguard Rescue Team, have recently undertaken the REC First Aid Trainers course.

For those not familiar with REC (Rescue Emergency Care) this scheme is one of the most widely recognised, and most prolifically used sources of training for those involved in the outdoors.

The training was undertaken with one of REC's leading trainer of trainers - Ian Moore, of MWS Training.
